Organizations in the Industry

The Industry.

Our small Beekeeping Industry has many links and contacts for the 150,000 or so beekeepers that the National Honey Board, projects exist.

To follow is a list of those strong supporters of the industry.

The American Beekeeping Federation (ABF),

Each State and Canadian Province has a Beekeepers Association,

And then within each State there are County and local regional Associations. As and example,

Commercial Beekeepers i.e. those having thousands of colonies of honey bees as a business, American Honey Producers Association (AHPA),

The American Association of Professional Apiculturists (AAPA) are mostly University researchers.

Most States have some level of Apiary (Honey Bee) inspection for pest, parasites, and diseases. Apiary Inspectors of America (AIA),

The USDA has Bee Research facilities. The below are the main ones.
